Rendang or Randang/Rondang in Minangkabau language (Jawi: رندڠ) is a meat-based Minangkabau dish from West Sumatra, Indonesia. This dish is cooked with meat (usually beef or buffalo) or eggs cooked at a low temperature for a long time using different spices and coconut milk.
